This place has been cursed since we moved in. Not sure if this is universal in the apartment world, but they don't let you see your unit before you move in. Just pray you get something halfway decent. Multiple things were amiss when we moved in. Shower handles were coming out of the wall, folding door of washer/dryer space was broken along with a few knobs. Terrible management.. 45 cars were towed within one week while the parking lot was undergoing repairs. They did nothing to alert the car owners specifically! Ridiculous. Very bad experience!

RecommendedFrom the time I moved in the office staff has been nothing short of awesome, especially Jason. Anytime I have had an issue he was great at making sure it was taken care of in a timely manner.
So, called “Luxurious apartment” are honestly garbage. Don’t waste you time and money here. The leasing manager is horrible !!!!!!
my husband and I have lived here for 10 years.We have seen managers come and go!! That's with any job when you are in the Corporate World. The services we receive here have been great. We are both retired and came here from LOMBARD,ILL. ANY TIME WE HAVE ASKED OR COMPLAINED ABOUT SERVICES IT HAS BEEN HANDLED. We love the location! Management does nothing. You can hear every step the tenant above makes and when they vacuum or even flush the toilet.
Significantly overcharged for pre-existing damage at move-out, so I sent a letter explaining it, along with timestamped photos of the damage at move-in, and requesting they cash a settlement check in order to satisfy the account in full accord, and they cashed the settlement check nearly 2 months later, THEN sent the account over to collections.
