In this beautifully muted, intimate space, you get the opportunity to sample excellent contemporary sushi and rolls. If you're feeling flush, order the chef's tasting menu and put yourself in Masato Shimizu's capable hands; or you can order from the a la carte menu. The fish is incredibly fresh and buttery and whilst the food is pricey, it's a delightful foray into authentic Japanese cuisine. A meal at 15 East will surely be a feast for the palate.

World class restaurant, their sushi, octopus, tuna tartare and other seafood dishes are worth the try. Personally i tried their omakase menu and it was exquisite! plus its fun seeing them preparing your food, truly a masterpiece!
