I had the pleasure of interacting with Larry while delivering packages at his property, and he truly stood out. I’ve lived here for almost a year and will be looking else where when my lease is up. Honestly, compared to what else is out there it’s over priced with little to no amenities. Appliance are at the point where they need to be replaced, regular issues with the temperature of the hot water being warm at best. It’s not luxury, rather on its way out.
The building is nice, and front desk staff are great. But they do construction within the building frequently (replacing wood floors of other units) that causes extremely loud drilling and banging. Beware that if you work from home, this complex isn't a good fit.
Management allowed a neighbor to harass me for months, including coming to my front door on multiple occasions to listen in on me. When I notified management, they brushed it off as the neighbor “visiting friends” on my floor despite 1) tenants not being allowed access to other floors and 2) my witnessing said neighbor standing by my door to listen in on me as I was getting off the elevator to return home. We love living at 13U, the community is amazing with regular events for the residents to get together. The staff are always so friendly and kind. We would like to especially thank the wonderful Emilia and Alexis for always being available to help us and make everything so easy and smooth.
