We love living at 13U, the community is amazing with regular events for the residents to get together. The staff are always so friendly and kind. We would like to especially thank the wonderful Emilia and Alexis for always being available to help us and make everything so easy and smooth. They are a fantastic team and really make 13U a brilliant place to live. Thank you so much!
Touring 13|U! The units I saw were very well thought out, sensical, nicely maintained, clean and spacious. The staff was very professional and friendly. I encountered about a half a dozen residents and they were all polite and inviting. So much can be said about the location of the building and its proximity to all the amenities that make city living a no brainer. Just moved in and I absolutely LOVE my new apartment! Emilia and Alexis were truly amazing throughout the entire process. What started as a very stressful situation turned into something seamless and, honestly, so worth it — all thanks to their patience, responsiveness, and genuine care. I felt supported every step of the way. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and has the most stunning views in a rich and vibrant neighborhood. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
I had a wonderful experience touring 13|U! The tour was smooth, informative, and truly impressive. The unit I saw was absolutely beautiful modern finishes, spacious layout, and a clean, well-maintained feel throughout. I’m especially interested in moving in because I have friends who live at 13|U, and they can’t stop raving about how much they love it.
