A year ago I would have given this place five stars, today anything higher than 3 would be absurd when you consider the price and the way they’ve gone about reducing services. I have lived here for 3+ years and have loved it until about the past 6ish months, when they just started reducing services. We used to get packages delivered to our doors by the front office multiple times a day (if needed), 6 to 7 days a week. UPDATE (May 2024): now having lived here more than three years, I wanted to update my post of a few years ago (from 5 to 6 stars, if I could!) to say just how incredible the staff here have been - each of whom has made the building such an incredibly welcoming, safe, and hospitable place to call home. I've had a great experience in 13|U. Fantastic maintenance staff when issues arise, wonderful natural light and windows, and very minimal noise from neighbors in the building. The staff make the experience wonderful. DaLane in particular is so caring and attentive, and genuinely invested in having a positive impact on other people's day. I feel grateful to live here and for being so well cared for.
