Just moved in and I absolutely LOVE my new apartment! Emilia and Alexis were truly amazing throughout the entire process. What started as a very stressful situation turned into something seamless and, honestly, so worth it — all thanks to their patience, responsiveness, and genuine care. I felt supported every step of the way. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and has the most stunning views in a rich and vibrant neighborhood. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
I had a wonderful experience touring 13|U! The tour was smooth, informative, and truly impressive. The unit I saw was absolutely beautiful modern finishes, spacious layout, and a clean, well-maintained feel throughout. I’m especially interested in moving in because I have friends who live at 13|U, and they can’t stop raving about how much they love it. Amazing Adventure
**Updated 06/11** Even now, they've placed more effort into their response to a Google Review than addressing my areas of concern. As a reference point, our water was off this past week for what must have been the third or fourth time in the last 6 months. I think their response is a clear indicator of their priorities or the lack thereof. As you can tell, most of the good reviews are from over a year ago and that is for good reason!
