This is an awful place to live if you want peace and quiet. From the relentless antagonizing from the staff and the repeated unauthorized entries into the homes, to everything being broken, it’s enough to drive you mad.
I recently toured 13th & U with my sister, and we had such a great experience. The community itself is beautiful, but what really stood out was Paris. She led a very knowledgeable and engaging tour, answering all of our questions with ease. What I appreciated most was that she went beyond just the apartment we viewed. She took the time to share helpful insights about leasing options and the community overall. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right fit. Highly recommend touring with her!
Stopped in for a walk-in tour and had such a great experience! Paris was amazing. I’m looking to lease in August but already can’t wait!
I’ve lived here for almost a year and will be looking else where when my lease is up. Honestly, compared to what else is out there it’s over priced with little to no amenities. Appliance are at the point where they need to be replaced, regular issues with the temperature of the hot water being warm at best. It’s not luxury, rather on its way out.
I had the pleasure of interacting with Larry while delivering packages at his property, and he truly stood out. Despite a few mishaps on my end, he remained patient, kind, and consistently professional—always with a smile. I also observed his interaction with a resident, which was handled with the utmost professionalism and respect.
