My daughter has lived at 13th & U for over a year and she absolutely love it! The building is well maintained, the location is great, and he staff has always been friendly. Paris, Maya, & Alexis consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and take care of. Anytime there's a question or concern, they're responsive, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It's comforting knowing my daughter lives in a community with such caring team. I highly recommend this location for a place to live.
Paris is a wonderful person who makes you feel right at home. She’s always helpful and kind, and above all, she’s ready to solve any problem to make sure potential new tenants feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you—I’m really excited to move into this building, partly because of her helpfulness and professionalism.
I loved this building but after two years of living here can no longer recommend it. The garbage chutes break all the time. Maintenance is difficult to plan. Communication is slow and confusing and led me to replace great hardwood floors with an alternative vinyl flooring I do not like. I had to move everything for that flooring to be replaced and my things were thrown into closets while the apartment was returned dirty. The gym is small and crowded if one other person is in it. This is an awful place to live if you want peace and quiet. From the relentless antagonizing from the staff and the repeated unauthorized entries into the homes, to everything being broken, it’s enough to drive you mad.
I recently toured 13th & U with my sister, and we had such a great experience. The community itself is beautiful, but what really stood out was Paris. She led a very knowledgeable and engaging tour, answering all of our questions with ease. What I appreciated most was that she went beyond just the apartment we viewed. She took the time to share helpful insights about leasing options and the community overall. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right fit. Highly recommend touring with her!
