I have been living in this building for atleast 7months and so far I have a good experience . Sequita and the maintenance addressed and responded any of my concerns quickly. Thanks
Former resident for 4 years, I echo the low reviews. Also extremely loud location, people sleep in the lobby.
Disappointing experience dealing with management. I have emailed the building manager regarding issues and rarely receive a response. Most notably, the water bills are incredibly high. The water bills have risen this past year from about $50 to up to $140 per month with absolutely no explanation for the increase. When I inquired about this, I did not receive a response from the building manager for weeks only to be told that they are looking into it.
