Residing in this apartment since 2018 has been a pleasure, and I will miss its serene environment. I am grateful for the absence of mice and roaches, which maintained a high standard of cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay.

The Building is RAT INFESTED, the Lobby has a trash/sewage smell upon entering the building. Leasing office smells like petco and the guy in charge of that stuff is ghetto, just be chilling and coming in when he feels like it. The staff in the leasing office are rude, unorganized and liars. The concierge/security all smell like weed an are often seen smoking in the parking lot or near the property. Don’t waste your time or money with this place needs to be closed down for good.
