We brought the vehicle in for a noise of concern. The tech drove the vehicle and heard the noise but was unable to diagnose the problem. The discouraging thing was they suggest we go to another dealership.

Everything was good except all the xx add ons that brought a simple oil change to $94. I mean really! Add ons that I guess are legal but moral?
Claudio Montano was great to work with throughout the negotiation. Although we weren't able to get to a 3 year lease deal I was comfortable with, he did get me a great deal on a 2 year lease of the same vehicle. We love our 2024 Ioniq 5!
