Terrible experience in leasing. First they tried to bait and switch a special they were offering. I took a screen shot of their special and when I mentioned it to them the price was changed on their website. The sales manager was upset that I had provided the screen shot and agreed to the original deal. Everything was supposedly fine until it was time to pick up the car. They said that the credit check was never ran and when they ran it the day of pickup we did not qualify. But no courtesy call that there were any issues. ST... read more
I was lucky enough to work with Sam, and because of him I was purchasing this car, I love it. I was already made plan to go to Chevy dealer to purchase a car. That morning Sam texted me and asked if I have any questions or if I need any assistance he was going to help me. If wasn’t that text message send I would not drive Taos today.
