Best car buying experience ever... Everyone was great. Very professional. Loved the coffe bar. The dealership is very clean. Staff is very knowledgeable on their product. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

all smiles until you try to get money back over charged us for our tabs and registration, when i caught there "mistake" it took over 10 emails and countless phone calls just to get them to agree the mistaked happened. finally the GM fixed it. Now Ian and The other finance person Tristen are doing the same thing on refunding me for the extended warranty i canceled do the car being totaled. will not reply to emails or return phone calls. Buyer beware Try to deal with Drew to purchase car. I had to send several emails to ask for a price on specific car. I emailed that I was not impressed with customer service. I got a response from Drew that I'm sorry that I couldn't and pressure on my day off but maybe I can impress you this morning. Terrible custom service and response. Buyers beware of not being valued as a customer.

New vehicle I was very happy with each employee I encountered at this dealership. Russ was my sales person and he did a great job making me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. I wish more sales people were like Russ because he was great and not pushy.
