Fairly responsive, which is nice! Unfortunately, I believe that they engage in unfair and deceptive business practices. I was very clear with the amount I was willing to pay, yet somehow, the amount seemed to increase every time I spoke with the agent. They would say one thing, then seemingly provide information to the contrary. I would recommend looking elsewhere when considering a vehicle purchase.

Mike was great throughout the entire process. He did everything he could to earn my trust and I would buy from him again without hesitation. The rest of the people there that communicated with me used some dated sales/pressure tactics that left something to be desired, but Mike was awesome and let me move at my pace.
Everyone has made it easy to buy this Vehicle. Everybody was polite and quick in time to do the service needed.
I took my Hyundai Santa Fe in for inspection. The engine stopped working when the mechanic test drove the car to make sure the brake pads were working. I could tell the mechanic and service men/woman felt bad. They worked quickly to get me a loaner. A very nice vehicle..I was extremely pleased.
