Service was great. Checking was quick and courteous. Waiting area terrific. Reception was very efficient.
I was very happy with my purchase and all the help I received by Nicholas. He was very helpful in explaining the features of my new car. I'm not very good with technolgy and he was very helpful. I would recommend Lia Hyundai Albany to everyone.
My salesperson Nicholas was great. He helped to make the experience painless and pleasant. He help me to understand all the technology in my car. He set up my bluetooth for me. I would recommend Nicholas and Lia to everyone.
Sam was very accommodating, patient, and friendly. He took the time to help me find the perfect vehicle for me and I did not feel pressured to settle on just anything to make a sale. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership made me feel comfortable. I would definitely buy a car here again.

They settled my problem, were very courteous and professional. I do like Bennett always answer any questions I have.
Staff is very friendly and helpful for the service that is being done to your car. The place is brand new and comfortable while waiting for your car to be serviced. Even washed my car. That service seems to be a hit or miss at dealerships. I would recommend this place.
