Tucson We had a pleasant experience. No pressure and they listened to our wants and needs. One issue is online pricing. They cannot be trusted. They give the price with all rebates and incentives included so it does not reflect the actual price you will be paying. We were told that that practice is an industry standard, but I still don't like it.

Would never return- terrible customer service the worst car buying experience As said above disrespectful implying that they hadn't made the offer that we wrote down and initially turned down we said we would take that last offer and they denied it and upped the price. I hate playing games

Great Experience This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Hyundai of North Scottsdale. Even though we live 30 minutes away and there are closer Hyundai dealers, we will always purchase from them. Great experience!
