Inspection after test driving My car had some minor issues from other customers who drove the car to their house for the test driving. The driver's seat had cigarette spots and other car seats were dirty. When I found it out, I drove from home to the dealership which is 40 minutes away from my house. Hyundai changed the driver's seat and provided a car seat laminating coupon. Hyundai had excellent customer service but they should inspect their cars more carefully after customers finish their test driving.

Excellent buying experience The salesperson I dealt with (Nicole Magee) was very professional. She assisted me in selecting the Sonata model which best fit my needs. She helped through the purchase process. At the end of the process when I drove the car away from the dealership, I felt that I had been treated faiirly and honestly and I was very satisfied with the deal and the new car.
