Paul Cox I was not really looking to buy, just browsing, but Craig showed me the Sonata and was willing to go through the process with me. I was very impressed that he would spend the time with a customer that was not really in the market. The car sold itself and I drove away completely satisfied. The entire team was great.

Don't know what this means? Salesman was helpful in many ways, for example, offering to pick me up and bring me to my new car. Also, he was helpful in offering to help with liquidation of my old car, plate transfer, etc. He offered to pre-arrange for my first servicing and to introduce me to the serving department.
