All the negative reviews are true. Cockroach infested apartments, management that never responds, water turned off, and on top of that staff will randomly enter your apartment with NO notice. Zero privacy. I could never cook in my place because cockroaches lived in every corner of the kitchen. Their pest control didn't help one bit. And to top it off, they are now sending me bills for extra rent after I moved out with a 60 day notice like you're supposed to. Horrible place. Look elsewhere, seriously.
My son was there this year and could not be better, the staff is wonderful specially Chapman, very close to ASU, apartment super comfortable, very well maintained. Love this place!
You guys suck so bad. COCKROACHES. MOLD. LEAF BLOWERS IN THE AM. Wtf is wrong with this apartment complex half the time I have an issue and I complain there resolution makes no effing sense. Like paying for parking starting July 1 but when someone's in my spot I call to complain and they say towing doesn't start till aug 1st uhm THEN WHY AM I PAYING NOW. Or they had a the apartment renovated above us and people were changing carpets and sanding the floors and I couldn't even hear myself talk in my own apartment. Or they rand... read more

I haven't even lived here for a year yet and have had way more problems than expected or I should have had to deal with. Already trying to find a diffferent place to live and my lease is not even up yet and I'm sorry but I CANT WAIT for the lease to be up. I will not be renewing.
