I would definitely recommend this complex. While the neighbors can be noisy, particularly when it comes to late night pool escapades, management has been generally receptive and proactive about this problem, which I appreciate. The maintenance staff are also on top of things and quite friendly. However, my favorite aspect of this complex is the grounds and layout. There are mature trees and plenty of grass, which make it feel like a little oasis in the city.
I love the trees and the location. The only thing I would change is I would make the pool areas and the game room open for longer hours on the weekend. Midnight is to soon for a Friday and a Saturday.
This has been one of the best apartment experiences I have ever had. The staff is so caring and they are always willing to go above and beyond for me and other people I know who live here.The property is beautiful and respond very quicly to the maintainance request.Loved my stay so far in 1255
