The management is incompetent and rude! The lady on the phone is highly unprofessional and blatantly lies when asked for clarification and clearly doesn't understand the importance of a customer. We got slammed with $600 in move out fees for painting and carpet damages even though we left our bedroom with no damages! On top of it, we also got charged with late fees even after paying the final rent well before time. They just won't accept that they have incorrectly charged us. No care for resident's belongings. Had 4 cycles stolen(me and my friends') from inside the community. No security at all. Haven't taken any steps yet to prevent this problem.
Worst place I ever live. Apartments were bed ridden upon move in....we even collected a “bug bag” because management wasn’t doing anything about it. Management was belittling, rude, and incompetent. We got slammed with about $600 in move out fees for “repainting” when there was zero damage to the apartment and we left it in better shape than when we moved in. Stay far away from this place. A cardboard box would be better

Really nice place to live as a college student, great amenities and staff
Maintenance is usually fast and gets issues resolved within a week maximum. Office staff is really friendly and helpful! Special shout out to Miracle and Chapmin.
