DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! I paid all of my fees and sent in my paperwork over a month ago to reserve my room and today they emailed me saying they no longer had a room for me. Multiple multiple times they assured me that I 100% had a room to move into in August and they completely went back on their word. They absolutely screwed me over and I have hardly anytime to find another place. Management was not helpful at all. DO NOT TRUST THAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A ROOM RESERVED.
My experience at 12Fifty5 has been so great! I love the modern style of the apartments, the friendly staff, and all the fun events they have for the residents. It makes living here so nice! I leased a furnished apartment, which made moving so much easier. I would definitely recommend this apartment to students.
Both of my children are staying there at the moment. It's a great location and the management team is always there if you need them.
Great place to live! Literally zero complaints. The property is beautiful, and the few times I've had to put in a maintenance request, they've taken care of it in a snap. The office staff and manager are also incredible; I'm never afraid to ask a question or make a request. You can tell these people genuinely care about the people they lease to. If you're a student looking for a good place to live in Tempe, look no further.
Cockroach infested and always problems with plumbing, primarily turning off heat or turning off water altogether, without so much as a notice or text message.
