Dawn, Jake, and the staff at 12 North are genuinely welcoming and very helpful with the move-in process! This apartment complex also seems to make meaningful efforts to build community. Glad I moved here!
12 North is a wonderful place to live. The staff is great: very friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to all of the major freeways in Metro-Detroit. Any maintenance problems I had were always resolved either the same or next day. It's also pretty quiet. From what I've seen the residents are mostly young professionals/students, small families, and elderly people. 12 North is an excellent value for your money and easily the best apartment complex in the area.
