It feels like home because of the great staff and residents. Manager Dawn makes you feel like family but, she does wear you out with her unlimited energy and enthusiasms, she throws awesome parties!
I lived at 12 North for about 4 years and I LOVED it. The community is amazing. Dawn (property manager) is extremely helpful and always trying to make people happy and bring the community together. I was lucky to love in such a nice place. I will miss 12 North!
Can somebody please tell me when the elevators will get fixed? The second one has been out of commission for something like 18 months now, and yet we all get brand new toilets and faucets. That makes no sense to me.
I really love living here and Dawn, the buliding manager makes this complex a warm and friendly place. She is a beautiful person inside and out and I just love her. I love my view and they way all problems are addressed in an efficient and timely manner. The pool area is like no other and Dawn is always planning fun things to do with all the tenants. I have no complaints.

Have loved living here. Dawn makes the whole place so friendly, warm and welcome. The apartment quality is nice. Ken, the cool maintenance guy is always out there to fix any problems within 24 hours. There is good security system. The management takes care of any kind of complaint very seriously so you know you can trust them.
