I lived in this apartment as a lease transfer for the remaining part of a friend's lease. My exepreince from beginning to the end was awful. The apartment had a number of issues. The airconditioning which they call efficient was terrible, especially during the summer period when I stayed there. Our thermostat kept turning off and my roommates and I were living there without AC for almost 5 days over the 4th July weekend. Stayed here during the summer of 2022. Very nice, furnished apartment. I would have renewed my lease, but the power and WIFI would go out constantly. Very significant if you work from home. Also, they don't pro-rate your rent like most apartments. My last month at the apartment was 25 days and I still was charged standard rent. Other than that the apartment was pretty nice, large spacious rooms, and staff was very helpful.

I liked this place a lot at first, but over time it’s clear they just want your money. They increase the rent every chance they get to ridiculous amounts, and when there’s inspections you better be dressed because they just walk in without knocking. They also hardly answer the phone with the new management and never know how to actually help. The apartments are so overpriced; they try to make it sound like it’s nice with the gym and the pool and stuff, but none of its worth it. Save your money and don’t lease here it’s the b... read more
