To Whom It May Concern, I would like to express my disappointment with an experience I had with (2) of your Valet Attendants at the Miami Location at 1060 Brickell Ave Miami, FL 33131. I am a Real Estate Agent and was showing a property at 1060 Brickell Avenue today June 25 at 4:30 pm. Upon my arrival at 4:15 pm, I asked one of the valets if I could leave my car above and not park since I was only going to be 10-15 minutes showing a property in the 1060 building. I knew of the construction moving into the building, however I did not realize my bedroom window doesn’t open and my balcony is locked shut so I can’t crack it open. My cat, who I’ve had for 6 years, has developed a chronic cough since moving in (asthma) due to poor quality of air. I vacuum twice daily and have two purifiers and nothing is helping. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!! Living at 1050 Brickell has been an absolute nightmare. Just two months after we moved in, massive renovations began—without a single heads-up from management. Since then, the pool has been closed, the dock is inaccessible, the dog park is shut down, and there's nonstop construction noise and false fire alarms going off for no reason. What’s worse? My family has lived here since 2012. Jacob Kassel is running this building into the ground. I am convinced that his overly ambitious construction projects are meant to push out all the owners. The new paint job is garbage, Jacob. Do better or get out.
