RecommendedI loved living at 1010 on the Lake! The apartments are beautifully designed and the property is gorgeous. It is a very pet friendly place so there is some noise and pet waste as you would expect, but overall the place is kept up very well. The leasing office is very accommodating and willing to work with residents in any circumstance (particularly during COVID).
I was fortunate enough to call 1010 on the lake home for 5 years!! It’s such a beautiful, peaceful place to live!! I loved all the friendships that I made with my neighbors and the maintenance staff was great. Whenever I had an issue they were prompt at getting it resolved. I would recommend this place to anyone!!
My husband and I are moving to Omaha from CA in the coming weeks and Kelley Zimmerman at 1010 on the Lake was SO absolutely wonderful in helping us find our new home. Being in another state, it was hard to find the perfect apartment for us - but she made it SO easy with quick responses to my questions, and even went out of her way to make videos for us of the unit we were interested in. We looked around Omaha for apartments for a few weeks. 1010 was by far the best. Great views, nice walking paths, friendly neighborhood, great amenities, and quality units. Kelly showed us around and we were sold. 1010 also did a great job when we needed a bigger apartment. They allowed us to move to a bigger unit (on campus). They also were very flexible when we got a new job out of state. They changed our rent plan so that we wouldn’t have to break our lease. We are very thankful for the 1010 on the lake community. The customer service provided by the resident relations team is the BEST! The website is user friendly and the entire process of renting a place here is super convenient, quick, and easy! The apartments are beautiful and a great place to call home, even if it’s temporary:) Thank You!!!!

We love living here and are planning to stay for awhile! Walking by the lake, sitting in the courtyard, working out in the gym -- we enjoy it all!
My dog and I are not as young as we used to be, and we love the convenience of life at 1010, with access to a beautiful courtyard, handicap parking, sidewalks to ride our 3 wheel scooter down to the lovely lake in all weather. The apartments are well finished, quiet and conveniently planned out. The elegant fixtures and availability of every appliance make the cost of living here comparable to less beautiful places. The lake is definitely an important feature, as it creates a nature-loving atmosphere.
