Booked a tour here and waited for 30 minutes, only to also find out that they had also double booked us, so we would be touring with another group with entirely different apartments in mind. While waiting, we heard a resident come up to the desk asking about her emergency maintenance request and concierge had no answers to give her. We eventually left after the 30 minute wait — so it could’ve been longer. The smell of the place is also quite hard to handle; not sure if that is typical, but it was a quite bad odor. Leasing office was horrible. Lied about the possible starting date. After we applied and were approved, told us we could not move in out preferred date. Then attempted to charge additional months and at a different price than the one we applied to.
Amazing! Everyone is so nice and professional. I appreciate the entire staff.
