What an unpleasant surprise to get a knock on my door, for Verizon engineers to come in to work. I was told it is mandatory, but I do not have a record of being informed prior. No email or letter, nothing. If I were not in, they would have been doing work in my apartment without me knowing at all. Why could we not be given prior knowledge that this was happening? Booked a tour here and waited for 30 minutes, only to also find out that they had also double booked us, so we would be touring with another group with entirely different apartments in mind. While waiting, we heard a resident come up to the desk asking about her emergency maintenance request and concierge had no answers to give her.
