Amazing gym the best equipment and the best trainers in the country
Month to month membership is a contract you have to send certified letter to cancel to another company then fight with them to cancel your contract. It is an absolute headache I have been trying to cancel for five days now and no one will return my phone calls back, my emails, or any of the following. Customer service is completely unprofessional about the entire deal! If you file a dispute with your bank they then put you on collections! I would not go back nor recommend this place even if it were free!
With what we pay for annual amenity fees, they should be able to update equipment periodically. Metal chips fall off the elliptical machines b/c of rust, etc. Everytime my "preferred guest" comes with me (my husband), he gets an email pushing their membership. That's why I pay the extra $10 a month - so he can come too. It's the option your front sales team pushed at me - that it was better that way instead of having 2 separate memberships.
