Great facility open24/7 and has all the equipment you could ask for. You will find excellent Ultra Fit trainers and ask for Ivaan Hoey if you are serious about weight loss and getting in shape...you can't put a price tag on your health.
I have worked out at other gyms however this gym has everything I like to you all in one! Wish they had punching bags but I'm glad they have the ropes and Jacob's Ladder. I get a great workout and the bathrooms are clean and everyone is friendly. I have a preferred membership and unlike other gyms in that area they don't hassle you about who you bring. You can just come in, scan your card, and workout!
Absolutely loved it then when it was branded as Coops and still love it now! Especially now that the rate for the preferred members is lower. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Would recommend it to anyone!
