I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before joining 10 Star Fitness. I made multiple good-faith attempts to cancel my membership before any additional charges were incurred, including sending formal emails and following the instructions given by their own staff. Instead of actually helping or forwarding my request to the correct department, I was repeatedly given the runaround and pushed off to someone else. Tried cancelling for months! They finally get back to me and say I need to contact their management company who the says yes we are now cancelled but I’m still responsible for the months prior trying to get them to respond! I will be disputing the charges as they charged my account but this place is ridiculous. I would give them my billing info

Just make sure you clean EVERYTHING before you use it. People DO NOT clean the machines after they use them. I canceled my membership because it was so disgusting. They are making me pay for next month’s fees as well as an annual fee. Do not go there.
