I have been with your company less than a year...6 months to be exact and you raised the monthly fee $22. You really have no respect for your customers. Very poor customer service. I will not recommend you to ANYONE! I was told you all can increase the amount as long as you provide notification regardless of how many times you increase within a time frame...which undoubtedly means you could increase the fee next month!
Agent was very helpful! I recommend anyone looking for a storage to call 10 Federal Storage!!
I am a tenant of 10Federal and can't say enough good things about this company. Rachel is an amazing administrator and I love that she is the first friendly face my clients see and it's a bright spot in my day when I get to chat with her. I love the environment the office provides - all of the employees are so kind. So thankful to have found such a wonderful place to have my office :)
10Federal is a great business. They are hyper-capable, but also very friendly and likeable. I highly recommend working with 10Federal if given the opportunity.
