We are very happy with our new floor and would highly recommend Ed and his team. We did not shop around a lot because I was impressed from the start that these were good people and they would do a good job. Since I generally don't shop around too much, I rely on reviews like this and always am a little skeptical of whether they are genuine or written by friends of the business owner! This one is genuine! The job took a little more time than anticipated, but it came out great.
I have had a lot of floor jobs done... these guys were the best I've seen ... very skilled and up on the new technology... most old school floor refinishers are still using lacquer with saw dust to fill and oil based polys... 1WoodFloors is up on the Bona products (catalyzed) and using synthetic fillers ( way more durable) It was a pleasure doing business with theses guys... they were accommodating ... made sure everything was perfect and most of all they were competitively priced!!
I used 1 Wood Floors for the purchase and install of a Cali Bamboo flooring product on my first floor. From shopping to estimate to installation, I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The installer was meticulous in his work, and the end result was amazing. While they were slightly higher then another estimate I received, you get what you pay for, and the quality and craftsmanship of their work is unparalleled and well worth a slight premium.
