My next door neighbor, a single woman, hired 1-Tom to replace floor drains in her basement. They were to also put in a sump pump. They had to cut and jackhammer the floor to remove the old drains and place the new. Afterwards, they poured concrete to refinish the floor, absolutely horrible work. The concrete was not even, and was definitely not smoothed over. This basement was to have a finished floor! Outside, they needed to dig a hole for something. Really impressed!!! Cameron called and arrived before scheduled time. Explained what he was going to do. Install regulator and new expansion tank and did it in less time than I thought possible. Explained all he did and showed me. Great job!!! Highly recommend 1 Tom plumbing 👍👍👍

Cameron, called ahead to let us know he was on his way to our home. Cameron explained everything he was going to do and asked if we had any questions . Very neat appearance , very courteous and professional at all times . Cameron did an amazing job and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend this business and Cameron for any of your plumbing needs !!!
