So I took my car for service there on Sept 18th, for a simple oil change and cvt fluid flush. Dropped off car at 6:30 am told service writer I would be returning between 2:00- 3:30pm, they said that would be no problem and they would call when car was finished. They could honor their sales agreements and not practice disgusting business practices built around trying to extort as much money out of the customer as possible
