the customer service of the service department is abysmal. they don't answer the phone. usually do not call you back when you leave a message with a phone #. it is really like dealing with a third world country. my entry here is over several different situations. honda is a good auto. cochran is not the thomas of previous ownership. the last incident, yesterday, my honda crv would not start. it was not the usual low battery that one would suspect. i had no clue. the fob would not start the suv. i called and called. no call ... read more
Said they couldn't finance unless it was over 500 grand so he tried to get me one over but couldn't. Was friendly and helpful.

Service manager at Johnstown please read. I live within 30 minutes of 3 Honda dealers and in the last 7 years have purchased 3 Honda SUVs, one each from each dealer. #1 Cochron in Johnstown was the most recent and treated me fair during the purchase process and I had already eliminated a previous dealer due to not being treated well on a previous service call. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just putting this out there…#1 Cochran Honda in Johnstown are a bunch of crooks! Bought a car there June of 2022, it was a year old with 13,400 miles on it. Certified used Honda, 30 something “strict checks” to certify it according to this dealership. Since I bought it just over a year and a half ago-I’ve been complaining about unusual tire wear, specifically the rear passenger tire. We worked with Jordan. He made it very easy and very professional. The only thing that I would change is that the picture was so edited it didn’t show all the scratches and no one told us about them.
