I have been going to Eye Solutions for a couple of years, already, but, I may have to find another place. The reason is that their English language communication is very hard to understand them. I like their huge display of glasses frames that they have in store. Since I'm not Asian, I feel a different vibe, attention towards me. Please get someone that speaks ENGLISH clearly.

I will start with the positives, which is they have great prices and selection. Their sister store, iLook, has the same selection but much friendlier staff. Now let me move on to the negatives, of which there are a lot: 1. The boss is a rude little man. He sits at the front and helps you adjust your glasses, but he's rude and full of himself. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Eye Solutions in Flushing, Queens. I have been going to this store for several months and previously had two pairs of lenses made using my own frames. Those orders were completed in about a week and a half, and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, my two most recent orders were handled very differently, and the level of professionalism and communication dropped significantly. I dropped off my glasses on January 23rd and was told they would be ready by February 4th.... read more
