I have been a client here for forever-almost since Dr. Sam Holstein started this practice. Still drive almost an hour from Leesville to see Britt, his son, who took over the practice. And I LOVE my dental asst.,Sandra. My appt. is always on time. And I still have teeth. That's a good thing, right? But they don't offer cookies or candy treats. Go figure? I'll bring y'all some brownies next time I come.

I have been a patient at Chapin Dental Associates for about 4 years... and recently moved about 30 minutes away. Despite the inconvenience of having to drive to Chapin... I decided to continue with them because the staff is so friendly, competent, and overall professional. I really like Dr. Jowers approach. He communicates to me and is very pleasant.
I have been a patient for many years at the old and the new clinic. All the associates there have always been friendly, helpful and caring from the reception desk to the back to the attending doctor. I rate them excellent!l Five stars!
When asked yesterday if I remember the last time they put a crown on - the fear & anxiety did not come to surface which means I did not suffer anxiety or a panic attack which is big for me! I've had a fear of dentists forever but due to the fantastic caring customer service from everyone - I've scheduled my next crown in March - with no hesitation.
Wonderful patient/customer service as I have come to expect with each and every visit! Must be a wonderful workplace. The staff is always smiling and happy. My anti-dentitis is in remission with signs of a complete recovery. Thank you Chapin Dental!!
Great staff! Always personal and show concern. They all remember your name. Everybody takes the time to explain my dental health thoroughly. When i am in the chair I always feel like I am the most important patient that they have. Even the girls up front are friendly and will always spend a few minutes with me.
