Unfortunately I have not been to a dentist for roughly 5 years. My last dentist was not a good one and I was having a hard time finding a new one. I found a pediatric dentist for my kids and was very happy with them. They recommended your office and I can honestly say I was so glad they did. Not only did you schedule me quickly, but everyone (and I mean everyone) was a pleasure to deal with. I learned more about the hygiene of my teeth & gums than ever before. This dental hygienist was such a pleasant professional and I appreciated her sharing her wisdom of her many years of experience with me. This practice continues to impress me on their professionalism and care for their patients.
I have been going to Chapin Dental Associates for almost 40 years and couldn't be happier. I trust them completely and although I now have to travel almost an hour to get there, I feel it is well worth it. Never want to change dentist office. The dentists and their staff are the best around.
I am new to the area and chipped a tooth over the weekend. On Saturday, I sent an email requesting an appointment and explained that I had never been there before. I received a call on Monday morning at 7:45 and they gave me an appointment for 9am that day. They were extremely nice and I loved that they got me in so quick, especially since I wasn't already a patient. I have found my new dentist!
Chapin Dental Associates are an outstanding team! Quality care, super nice and attentive staff, welcoming environment and conveniently located. My wife and I have been looking for a top notch dentist for almost 7 years. The search is over - I highly recommend Chapin Dental Associates!
