I received an anniversary arrangement from my husband and I am horrified at what you all sent me. When I called the manager was less than helpful and was embarrassed when friends stopped by to see them. We all agreed to never use this florist again!

I am terribly sorry for your disappointment, and when we spoke on the phone today, I apologized and did my best to explain to you that you were absolutely correct and it was not a $40 arrangement. It was a $33 arrangement with the delivery charge as an additional fee which your husband chose when he came in this morning. This place is the best. I live 350 miles away and called them last minute for a special order for a funeral and they delivered what I requested and the flowers were perfect. I highly recommend this place

Cindy and Zuzu’s did an amazing job for my wedding! She helped me pick out the choices that would be most affordable for me and still let me have what I wanted, and went above and beyond to make some amazing arrangements! 10/10 would recommend!
