We are disappointed in our experience with Zuzus. We bought a courage for prom and we do not feel as though what was presented online aligned with what we have purchased. The first picture is what was advertised and the last 3 are what we received. It is pretty but subpar compared to what was advertised.
RecommendedMy first time working with Zuzu’s was about a week ago + I asked them to make me a floral crown to sit on top of a hat for a maternity session + my oh my they nailed it! 🖤
They never gave me an estimate for my wedding flowers. Other places did it within a week. It's been over a month and never got anything from them.
Such a sweet staff, they were so generous to donate a balloon garland for the Bentonville Fire Dept Christmas party which they delivered and set up for us♥️ definitely will be returning for business in the future!
I had a vision and Zuzu's delivered! I couldn't of asked for a more beautiful bouquet for the happiest day in my life. Thank you!

I could gush about Zuzu's all day if they would let me. Hiring them as one of our wedding vendors was the best decision. Cindy was able to capture exactly what I was envisioning (even better, actually!) and still stay within my budget. She made me feel so special through the process because she treated our wedding like it was her own. I simply cannot say enough!
You won’t be sorry if you trust ZuZu’s for your everyday floral and special occasions!!! The creations they do are incredible!!!
They met with us and were able to capture our mental pictures down to the last detail. They really listened to us and did not try to assume what we were trying to say, and let us pick and choose everything. They were so easy to work with and so chill. They even pre-tied the flowers that went on our arch, all we had to do was tie them to the arch itself. Everything was wonderful and they were so flexible. My wife and I cannot thank them more for making our day so special and so beautiful.
Long story short - especially if you are an out-of-towner, I do not recommend getting your flowers here. All you really need to know is that my wedding was perfect, EXCEPT for the flowers. My guests, bridesmaids, and EVEN THE GROOMSMEN pointed out to me how terrible the flowers looked, which was quite embarrassing. Just go to hobby lobby and DIY, it'll be cheaper, look just as good, with no chance of wilted and dead flowers to embarrass you. :) Lesson learned on my part, I won't ever invest in fresh florals again on this sca... read more
