The food was delicious. The portions were large. Our group sampled many dishes. Everyone was pleased. You can not go wrong at this restaurant!
Overall we enjoyed. Great martini menu. Service was friendly and knowledgable. Food was fresh and came out quickly and hot. Rec shrimp n grits, chick pot pie and French onion. Escargot was bland and risotto had a strange taste like it was made with tap water. Also ran out of several items we ordered and had to change... Best place in Banner Elk for casual dining.
We have decided this is our favorite place. We live here year round and have tried every restaurant :) Zuzda consistently serves great and creative food in a cool atmosphere! The martini's are good, appetizers yummy and the small plate entrees are great! Try it, you won't be sorry!!
The food was good, the wait staff was VERY good. As walk-in customers we were accommodated quickly. LOVED the onion soup, the stuffed shrimp and the Brussel sprouts. The bang-bang shrimp might benefit from a re-do though. Definitely will go back.
Awesome place to eat! We go to Beech Mtn. A couple times a year and we tried Zuzda's for the first time last month. Like I said it was awesome and we will dine there again.
Good place to eat expensive though.
My 86 year old mother just loves Zudza and so do I.
