Owner and staff has integrity, which u do not see very often now a days.
We had the best salesman Andrew, he helpful and worked hard to get us into a new truck. The dealership has the best employees that care about the people and are not pushy. Thank you ford for everything you have done.
This was a phenomenal experience. The sales team put up with me AND my dad. (a single gal had to make sure she's not being taken to the cleaners!) Eric was top notch, went as far to explain every bit of technology, sync my phone with the car, and set a new door code for me. You need more than 5 stars to rate Zumbrota Ford and their staff. Drew O'Rourke was the farthest thing from a salesman, he went above and beyond with our car buying. He was patient, friendly, fully knowledgeable and best of all NOT pushy! I was leary of dealing carsalesman but the folks at Zumbrota Ford do not sell. They tell you everything up front and make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for. We even received extras, beyond the great deal on an amazing truck. THANK YOU!
