Wow...fourth car we have purchased from them...must be good!!!
Reason why I gave them 5 stars is because if they gave me an awesome deal with I thought I would never be able to get a different vehicle to drive that is safe for me and my grandchildren so thanks again.
Sales guys great but my daughter just had her car in cost a few hundred to fix something it wasn't. Now to get it fixed properly it will cost another 600 for something they should of found
As always in the past... we had an amazing experience with purchasing a vehicle. We drove up to look at one vehicle and drove away with it!! Jared, Nick and Heidi... You're the best!! As I've done customer service most of my life...I am often critical of how companies do with customer service. Zumbrota Ford... You are top notch!! The whole staff was so welcoming and attentive!! It was a pleasure to chat with the owner Steve and his daughter Kristin! Thank you for making buying a truck FUN!!!
