No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I never have to... read more

No, they were on time Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes
