I picked up a couple of jars at a local kitchen and specialty foods boutique. The shop was sampling the Chipotle Kafe salsa and the manager was rightfully raving about it -- nice smoky flavor with subtle coffee undertones. I also bought the Fire Roasted Poblanos. Wow! These will be a new pantry staple around here. The poblanos are marinated in a unique soy sauce and lime juice blend that makes them absolutely addictive. The peppers are mild but packed with flavor.
