I’ve been to this doctor several times. Unfortunately, she moved out of Cuyahoga Falls and went further up north. She’s an amazing Doctor Who really pays attention to detail especially for cancer screenings. Since she moved, I thought I’d try some other Dermatologist local none of them paying attention to the detail that Dr. Fazekas did, I now find myself having to travel pretty far north so I can see her because in my opinion she’s the best in the area especially if you’re concerned about any kind of cancer issues . First off she has me as a known skin cancer patient and my visit was for more skin cancer but I Checked into her new office and waited for about 30 minutes and was sent home because she was running too far behind. I had already waited around 6 months for that appointment and they wanted me to reschedule. Did that before and it’s months away. Dogs are treated faster and better. Dr. Fazekas has treated me, my husband and my brother for several things. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens to concerns and treated us with the upmost care. She basically saved my brother from being scarred for life, from 2nd and 3rd degree burns. Highly recommend her!

I had 4 issues to ask this doctor about, I was told by the nurse to pick 2 with the top priority. Having had 5 skin cancers previously this was concerning. Doctor came in, first question was how old I am. She did look at all four areas and did 2 biopsies. One came back basal cell carcinoma which I found on my online chart. That was one week ago and I have not heard from either this doctor nor her staff about what to do next. Frankly, while at my appointment I felt like I was getting the bum's rush. I had a very positive experience with this dermatologist. She listened to me, answered questions I had through my chart after my visit, and offered support in finding solutions to reduce the cost of my prescriptions. My skin is already clearing up it’s acne by following her recommendations. Very friendly and personable. I can’t speak to billing but I strongly believe that has more to do with CCF than her personally. Also, my wait time was less than 10 minutes. Very glad I found her and will be returning to her for follow up.

My 14 year old son was seen by Dr. Fazekas who diagnosed him with eczema. He was in her office for 15 minutes and the bill was for over $1100. She charged her fee, a fee for the biopsy and then a facility fee of $600. Dr. Fazekas works in free standing facility that is part of Cleveland Clinic. Cleveland Clinic can bill as a hospital in any of its facilities. My son had his skin scraped which is considered a procedure and there for Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Fazekas are allowed to bill a $600 facility fee. BEWARE!

She is the worst health care provider I have ever seen. She wouldn't even answer small questions I had during my appointment. She told me thats for another appointment. A big rush. I am sure she is more interested in getting you and out as well as cash procedures she offers..

I waited well over my appointment time and she saw me for less than 5 minutes. Didn't listen to what I had to say or what I thought was wrong. Not very helpful and she didn't even tell me what types of skin acne I had.

Very knowledgable and wonderful bedside manner.
