I wasn’t able to read after having cataract surgery and lens replacement. Dr. Bansagi told me laser treatment would prevent me from having a different lens placed. He referred me to a specialist who offered other options. So glad I didn’t have the laser another specialist had recommended! Highly recommend him!

This is not about competence; my cataract surgery was successful and backed up by a proficient, on-time staff. It's about a doctor who makes one feel they are just a cog in his cataract practice assembly line. For example he gave me but a minute or two of consultation before and after surgery, and then out the door he went making it quite glaring he was a man in quite the hurry.and too busy to answer questions about my surgery. He is kind , caring, professional He explains everything and spends time with you. His nurse and staff are very good.We went to him for our daughters lasik surgery and we had cataract consultation with him. We highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Bansagi is great. But his staff drags him down. They are rude and they cheat on appointments. They change appointments to make it look like they're meeting on-time requirements and don't notify the patient of the change. The result is you get to wait an extra 30 minutes. What's worse is you bring it up to them and they really don't care. One of their technicians told me it wasn't her fault or her problem. So I left and won't return.

Dr Bansagi has performed cataract procedure on both eyes. While I’m sure the results are common the doctor is the difference. I would trust this doctor with everything related to my vision. I have complete confidence in him. His staff is completely competent and has a patient oriented manner. Efficiency is a way of life for this practice. I love this doctor!

Entering into a decision to remedy cataracts in both eyes was made much easier and comforting after visiting Dr. Bansagi and his team at Eye Center South. He is a most wonderful doctor and extremely caring person. He provided an extremely high level of confidence in making the decision to undergo the surgery. Dr Bansagi is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever had the pleasure to be cared for. He operated on my eyes for cataracts. I never had one day of problems afterwards. He is such a pleasant and caring doctor, not to mention his skill as a physician and surgeon. He is so caring that he called me at home the evening after my surgery, to see how I was doing or if I had any problems. I would like to recommend Dr. Bansagi to anyone who is searching for a wonderful doctor for their eyes.

Absolutely a wonderful experience from entering the front door to end of surgery!!! I was really really nervous...all involved were sooo reassuring and kind..I felt so much better...Amazing Dr....
