I am so very pleased with Zounds of Des Moines and with Lee Seibert. The testing was extensive, complete and as a result I am hearing well than with any previous testing. My wife is pleased because the TV is not turned as loud! I can with complete enthusiasm and honesty recommend Zounds of Des Moines and Lee. This was a very positive experience. Hearing again!
The Zounds hearing aids have helped me to hear better than my old aids. I especially like the remote for better control in different situations. They don’t require batteries!
I now feel more comfortable in group settings and I am able to hear conversations around me.
I have to tell you that Zounds Hearing Aids that I have are the best I have had and I have had several different brands such as Seimens, Beltone, Miracel Ear to name a few. I can now hear is noisy situations. I especially like the rechargeable batteries and not having to change them. I am completely satisfied with Zounds aids and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Friends and family have noticed a big change in my hearing. I’m hearing sounds I haven’t heard in a long time such as hearing my clock tick. I’m very much pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
The service at Zounds is outstanding. I have never worn hearing aids before so this is a new experience for me. I was very comfortable with the testing and was amazed at how well I could hear immediately. I knew I had a hearing problem but did not get tested because I did not want to pay the high cost of hearing aids.
