John Dechmerowski was excellent in this explanation of the workings of the hearing aids. He is also very knowledgeable in his profession. A very satisfying experience. Your office staff was totally accommodating.

I would strongly recommend Zounds over every other hearing aid I’ve used since I was 30 years old. They are clearer and closer to my natural hearing than anything I’ve ever used.

The biggest change is the fact (that) my husband can now speak to me in a normal voice. No batteries to change and also the fact that I do not have to change the volume constantly. I like the remote a lot.

These hearing aids are great no more batteries. I would recommend my family and friends if they need hearing aids to call Zounds. The service was great. Thank you all for being so nice.

Better hearing at meetings which makes me more aware of what is happening. Hearing when my husband and others call to me from behind. First hearing aids; but not the problems I think friends have with their hearing aids.

I stopped in at the Zounds Hearing Center ….. With my 11 year old son because he asked me to have my hearing checked. I have been unable to effectively communicate for about 7 years. I spoke with Mr. Dixon who provided me with a free hearing test. After he explained my test results, he asked if he could demo the latest Zounds Technology. To my surprise, I heard and understood my son clearly. What a great difference this has made in my life. Thank you to you and your staff.

The aids allow me to hear the voice of my soft spoken grandchild effortlessly. A FIRST! I would recommend Zounds without reservation. It is so natural I forget I have them in.

It is my opinion that the hearing aids at Zounds are one of the best on the market for the price. I have had mine for two weeks so far and the quality of sound is excellent. The manager and tester Ken Roach is very thorough with his testing and fitting for the model that works best for you. I would recommend the Imprezo model anytime.

My hearing loss is not a handicap. The device is barely noticeable even with a short haircut. No keeping up with batteries! Freedom, volume down on radio and TV. I can hear!
