I was thrilled when I found Zounds and that their hearing aids were rechargeable. The idea of having to change batteries would drive me crazy. Without Zounds I wouldn’t be wearing a hearing aid.
Ken is a gentleman who told me about the hearing aid in an understandable way and adjusted the size of the link to make it comfortable. The receptionist Kelsie was very courteous and friendly as well as competent.
Hearing loss happens so gradually that you do not even realize how much you are missing. Then when you have the hearing aids it is a bit of an adjustment at first, because you are hearing so well. I became aware & familiar with all the sounds I thought I lost forever such as: the turning signal in the car, my dog running across the ceramic floor his nails scratching, and my silverware on the plate. I could actually hear the person across from me at a restaurant. Zounds hearing aids have made such a difference in my life.
This is the third set of hearing aids I have had. These hearing aids are the best I would highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids.
I now hear very distinctly pastor’s voice. I also have improvement in hearing television. I also enjoy my dining mode in restaurants. Wore Avada hearing aids ‘whistle’ and ‘scratching’ consistency – so very irritating.
Words can’t say how happy I am to be able to hear again. They have been wonderful in helping me.

I am writing a testimony about my personal experience as patient at Zounds Hearing. I have been wearing hearing aids for the past 8 years. They were the small CIC hearing aids.
