The missing hearing aide was found in the pool two days later. I returned to zounds in Bonita Springs and they were very nice to try to perform the miracle of getting it working. Many many thanks!

Had excellent experience with everyone, they are very helpful. Me being a new client on hearing aids is an experiment and I am so glad that I have come to Zounds in Chattanooga where Glennd Bird, owner and Betsy co-owner/marketing are doing a great job. Everyone is so friendly from Julie the receptionist and Jerry Hall - hearing specialist. Whenever I have a problem - I will be right back and referred Zounds to many people.

Had no previous experience with hearing aids, so nothing to compare to, but they seem to work just fine.
I found the people very professional and caring. They are service-minded and are there for you when needed. The product is superior, better than any that I have had in the past.
I have been a user of hearing aids since 1980. During that time I had many top-of-the-line instruments from makers such as Siemens and Phonak. I can say this about each and every one of them: They are loud and noisy. Sure, when I was seated three feet in front of a person in a quiet room, I could carry on a nice conversation using those aids.
