Hearing Aids have greatly corrected my hearing for most all situations. Staff is courteous and always willing to help with any questions.
I have been very pleased with the performance of the hearing aids and the friendliness and professional atmosphere in the office. I highly recommend Zounds for anyone like me who was getting to the point where hearing became a problem at home and elsewhere.
Zounds has worked significantly for me better that two other companies’ devices I have tried. First of all, I have liked that I can charge the batteries overnight instead of having to replace batteries. Second, I can adjust the volume of each ear separately. In addition, the customer service is outstanding. Zounds has numerous locations for immediate help in person, by phone, or by mail. In five years I have used these services and had excellent results immediately.
After trying other brands that over amplified the high frequencies and made noises in those ranges very uncomfortable, Zounds was the answer to my hearing problem. The value added price along with the remote, charging station and free batteries for life make it perfect for me and I would highly recommend it to my friends.
I live in Texas 7mos. A year and in Alaska the other 5 most. I was worried about having a problem with my new Zounds Hearing Aids while in Alaska because Zounds doesn’t have an operation in Alaska. I was assured by Zounds that if I had a problem that they would take care of it. Sure enough, I had a wire break on them. I called them and they told me to send it to them and they would fix the problem. The quality of my life is much improved because of Zounds Hearing Aids. The enjoyment of hearing more natural and normal sounds that are part of everyday life is fantastic. With the use of the remote control background noise in various environments is no longer a problem. Ans added advantage is the sue of the battery charger. It was and is a pleasure to work with the friendly and knowledgeable staff of the local facility.
I very much enjoyed my appointments at Zounds. The staff was professional and answered all of my questions. I was happy to recommend Zounds to my sister, Bernadine.
Personal contact is excellent. John D has a winning style. My background is sales, John is great without going “over the top.” Iliana is one of the best is one of the best receptionists and assistants I ever encountered. I know well the value of “the office receptionist.”
Can’t remember her name but your receptionist is excellent - very helpful. She is very polite and pleasant on the phone to our old lady.
