Appreciate consistent courtesy. All repairs here - don’t send them out. Out of town-same day service. Rechargeable batteries - that’s excellent. Not really interested in live testing.
Now that my brain has adjusted to "hearing" again, my life is so much brighter! I don't rattle the windows with sound from the TV, and when I go out walking, I can hear the birds singing! If a restaurant or gathering is too noisy, I use the remote to turn things down - I am "me" again with a new lease on a brighter, happier life! Thank you!
The Zounds hearing Aids have allowed me, with serious hearing loss, to continue my public life with participation actively in Board Meetings for several health related organisations not previously possible due to my hearing loss.
I would like to highly recommend Dee and Dusty of Zounds Hearing Center in Prescott, AZ. They both went above and beyond ordinary service to correct my hearing aid problem.
My wife and I were getting very very tired. She was tired of having to raise her voice to talk to me and I was tired of having to get up and go to her when she was talking so I could understand her. I am enjoying my new "ears." So are my friends because I don't say "what'd you say" so much. The staff here is so understanding and knowledgeabel. I feel good about coming. It's just amazing the way they can be adjusted. I have reccommended them to my friends.

I like my ZOUNDS CLAREZA HEARING AID. I have used it for almost a year. I had never used a hearing aid before but I knew I needed one. When I read an ad explaining that the inventor developed a hearing aid for his daughter, I was really impressed. When I learned he had almost 200 patents for inventions to improve his products I was amazed. How do you find a better recommendation than that? Got brochure in mail from zounds. Checked it out. Promptly purchased aids, because of clarity hearing, am able to understand words!
