Went to look at a vehicle and noticed that the bumper was held up with a zip tie. When I asked him about it and wanted to deal with him, he got nasty and said I could buy it or not buy it, he didn t care. He was going to stay in business. I bought a BMW from him when he first opened and the car was just ok. I did have some problems but attributed it to a used car. I would NOT trust him.

4 years ago I bought a GMC Jimmy from Zoro. The only problem I had with the Jimmy was the lever to open the hood was broke. I call Zoro and he said bring it in and he would have it fixed, and he did. We have had the Jimmy now almost 5 years and it is time to buy another car. I am going back to Zoro's for my next car. I purchased a used 98 Land Rover Discovery from Al with Zoro Auto Sales and it stopped working after 2 days of usage. We took it to a Land Rover Dealer to check out and found that the Gas Pump, Fuel Gauge, and Muffler had been corroded. I contacted Al who refused to accept any of the defects and swore the mechanic was lieing, also stating that he would not be paying for any repairs because I bought it as it was, but had we known about the issues we would probably have still bought the car but ask for the price to be reduced.... read more
